Return Policy

First Return (Free) Your first stone return within any 60-day rolling period is completely free. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Additional Returns Each additional stone returned within the same 60-day rolling period is subject to a $50 return fee per stone.

60-Day Reset Your return benefits reset every 60 days, giving you a fresh free return with each new period.

30-Day Return Window All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted, no exceptions.

Condition of Returned Items Stones must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of damage or alteration.

Certification Verification  All returned stones are verified against their original IGI/GIA certificate and inspected before any refund is issued. Returns where the stone does not match the original certificate number and specifications will not be accepted or refunded.
