Return Policy
First Return (Free) Your first stone return within any 60-day rolling period is completely free. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Additional Returns Each additional stone returned within the same 60-day rolling period is subject to a $50 return fee per stone.
60-Day Reset Your return benefits reset every 60 days, giving you a fresh free return with each new period.
30-Day Return Window All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted, no exceptions.

Condition of Returned Items Stones must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of damage or alteration. Removing your stone from its temporary setting does not by itself end your right to return it. Once a Partner Jeweler has permanently set or otherwise altered your stone, your right to return it to Crestone ends, except for any rights that cannot legally be excluded and any separate issue involving damage to or a defect in the stone.
Temporary Setting The temporary setting is a separate part of your Crestone purchase. If you return your stone within the eligible return window and also return the temporary setting, we will refund the amount you paid for the temporary setting. If you keep the temporary setting, the amount you paid for it is not refunded. If you have already returned the temporary setting to a Partner Jeweler and received, or become entitled to, the Partner Jeweler credit described in our Terms of Service, that same amount will not also be refunded; you cannot receive both the refund and the credit for the same temporary-setting amount. Returning the temporary setting to a Partner Jeweler for that credit is not a return under this Refund Policy, and it does not count toward the free return or the additional return fee described above.
Certification Verification All returned stones are verified against their original IGI/GIA certificate and inspected before any refund is issued. Returns where the stone does not match the original certificate number and specifications will not be accepted or refunded.
